For this penthouse i will start with "Call me to arrange a viewing!".
This beautiful pictures were very hard to choose and still the reality preceeds them. The red wire was the attention to details; pieces of furniture carefully chosen from Italy, the lighting fixtures, the appliances from Smeg, the tiles from Philip Stark, natural materials from wood and marble perfectly combineing with velvety and creamy notes. Well...a design poetry:).
It has a generous surface with high ceilings, large windows, and a good separation between day and night area.
The ground floor is divided in a big living room, with dining area and open kitchen, one sanitary group and the office( guest bedroom). The hallway is spacious, with spaces for storage. At the ground floor we have a big terrace, with corners for relaxation, reading or a glass of wine and a big nice table for family dinners or lunch with friends.
The night area was designed upstairs, divided in three bedrooms, two sharing one bathroom and the master bedroom with its own; all bedrooms have terrace access, are bright and sunny.
Needless to speak about the furniture, i cannot say more than the pictures itself; high quality and design, functionality and aesthetics at its best.
